I teach people how to use Mind, Body and Spirit to Heal

A lot of people ask me about the best anti-cancer foods we can eat. We know that eating a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, legumes, nuts and seeds, are excellent for people who want to live healthfully. But to really amp up an anti-cancer program, you would be wise to double down on garlic, leaks, onions, the cruciferous team (broccoli, cauliflower, kale, cabbage, collards, brussel sprouts, bok choy, radishes, mustard, wasabi), spinach and beetroot (the beet and the stems). For the best results, eat a lot of them every week because the research is clear as to the benefits of them. Not only are these foods good for combating cancer, it can also help us avoid it outright.

To incorporate these super anti-cancer foods into our lives (and our stomachs!), you can try sautéing them with olive oil and some Himalayan sea salt and other herbs you might have. It is important to lightly cook then, so there are not cooked to death removing much of the healing benefits of them. You can also add some of them to a green drink masterpiece incorporating other supportive foods like organic blueberries, seeds, nuts and clean water. Enjoy this good stuff as your mind and body will cheer you on!
